• Early Construction Photo Of WrestleMania 39 Set
We are less than a week away from the biggest WWE event of 2023 – WrestleMania 39.
This Sunday, in the main event of WrestleMania Hollywood – Night 2, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes will challenge “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
Cody has one of the most exciting entrances in WWE today, where he has a great theme song which the fans sing and the entrance features incredible pyro as well.
During an interview with WrestleJoy, Cody had the following to say about the pyro for his WrestleMania entrance:
“It’s like the fireworks at Magic Kingdom. You know, this happens at this time and they legit blow up the sky.
I think with a WrestleMania on the west coast, in Hollywood, it’s the biggest display that’s ever been done involving a ring.
I don’t think greatest can even cover it. I really don’t. I think you’re looking at a record-setting amount of pyro.”
Along with the explosive fireworks at WrestleMania 39, fans are always looking forward to seeing the larger-than-life set that WWE constructs.

On this day in 2002, the World Wrestling Federation aired another episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF SmackDown!’.
This episode was pre-taped at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Backlash 2002’ PPV.
