WWE Hall of Famer Edge has won 31 Championships in the company, and he’s looking to win one more before he retires.

At WrestleMania 27 in 2011, Edge defeated Alberto Del Rio to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.

After that, Edge was forced to retire due to his neck issues and he relinquished the Title.

Now that Triple H has brought back the World Heavyweight Championship with a new design, Edge is looking to win back the Title that he never lost.

On tonight’s SmackDown, Edge will face Rey Mysterio and AJ Styles in a Triple Threat Match in the World Title tournament.

Prior to this match, Edge posted a video where he talked about finishing his own story.

Below is what he said:

“Some people been running around saying they’re gonna finish their story and good for them, but it made me think a little bit about my story. The introduction of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, if I look at that thing, it even looks like the title I never lost, looks like big gold.

12 Years ago, I was forced to give that thing up, never had the chance to get it back. Now I have the chance and it all comes full circle. This ride, it’s gonna end sooner or later. I gotta get this done, it’s the last thing to do.

It’s gonna end soon and I gotta end it right this time. There’s no better way to finish it than to win the World Heavyweight Championship and when I lose it – that’s it, I’m done.”

Edge was last seen on WWE programming at WrestleMania 39 Sunday, where he defeated “The Demon” Finn Balor in a Hell in a Cell match.
