WWE Ruthless Aggression Era Legend Mickie James has been a key figure in TNA (still called IMPACT Wrestling until January 13th 2024) between 2010 and 2013 and again since 2021.

She is reported to be taking a break from the company, as indicated by her removal from the active competitor list on TNA’s website.

Despite this hiatus, James is said to maintain a positive relationship with TNA and is welcome to return at any time.

Here’s what PWInsider reported:

“Mickie James is no longer listed as an active competitor on the Impact Wrestling website’s roster.

In speaking with Impact sources, we are told that the relationship between the two sides remains fine but James is taking what was described as ‘a break’ from the company.

Numerous sources within the company noted that with her status as a TNA Original and a Legend for the company, she could return ‘at any time’.”

The date when the former Knockouts Champion will return to TNA is still uncertain at this point in time, and fans will have to wait and see when she’ll be back.

Mickie is married to current SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. She expressed her happiness on Social Media after seeing her husband debut in WWE recently.

There’s speculation that Mickie might join her husband by returning to WWE, but nothing is confirmed at this point.
