• Wrestling Veteran Celebrates His Birthday
Wrestling Veteran Shark Boy (Real name: Dean Roll) celebrates his 44th birthday today.
After being trained by NWA Veteran Les Thatcher and touring the indies for a while, he signed a contract with Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling in 1999, but wrestled mostly on the promotion’s C-show “WCW Saturday Night”, before they let him go in march 2000.
Shark Boy actually made a name for himself in Total Nonstop Action, where he wrestled as a regular member of the main roster from 2002 till 2010 and then became a part-timer who still appeared on TV or PPV from time to time.
TNA (now renamed iMPACT Wrestling) still brings him back every now and then for a special surprise appearance.

– Men’s Royal Rumble Match: Seth Rollins won by last eliminating Braun Strowman.
At last night’s show, a fan at ringside was wearing an AEW All Elite Wrestling shirt and the security forced him to remove it. The fan was wearing another shirt underneath.
