– On the AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 Buy-In Show (pre-show), The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) and FTW Champion Hook (Taz’s son) defeated Ethan Page & The Gunns.

With this win, Matt Hardy now controls Ethan’s AEW contract.

– 3 New Champions were crowned tonight at AEW Double Or Nothing & NXT Battleground. Toni Storm won the AEW Women’s World Championship, Kris Statlander won the TBS Women’s Championship and Tiffany Stratton won the vacant NXT Women’s Championship.

– Jade Cargill’s 60-0 undefeated streak in AEW is over. Her TBS Women’s Championship reign lasted 508 days.

– Chris Jericho & Saraya vs. Adam Cole & Britt Baker has been added to Wednesday’s Dynamite.

– Tay Melo is pregnant.

– Konosuke Takeshita turned heel and joined the Blackpool Combat Club.

– In the main event of tonight’s NXT Battleground 2023 premium live event, Carmelo Hayes defeated Bron Breakker to retain the NXT Championship.

During the match, Bron accidentally knocked a fan’s phone when Carmelo chopped him at ringside.
