The Miz has removed all mentions of WWE from his X bio and has unfollowed WWE’s official page as well. This has begun speculation that The Miz, who signed with WWE in 2004 and has been on the WWE main roster since 2006, could be the next veteran to leave the company, after R-Truth and Carlito.
The Miz previously posted the following about R-Truth’s departure:
“Forming Awesome Truth with you was one of the best runs of my career. No one made me laugh harder. Your energy, heart, and smile lit up every room… and every arena. You’re not one of a kind, you’re one in a lifetime. Love you, Truth. Keep shining.”

Update On Who Made The Decision To Let R-Truth & Carlito Go
WWE is making roster adjustments as new talent continues to be called up, and according to the Wrestling Observer, that means some wrestlers are being let go to make room—and reduce costs.
The Observer reported that performers not currently involved in major storylines, especially those near the bottom of the card, are at risk.
They also noted that the recent decisions to let R-Truth and Carlito’s contracts expire were made directly by WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Triple H:
“There’s numbers. They’re looking at the numbers, and they’re looking at how many do we have to cut, or how much money do we have to cut. And those were the picks. Those were the [Triple H] picks, and that’s what it is.”
