Tonight’s FastLane 2018 PPV is the final PPV before next month’s WrestleMania 34 and also the final SmackDown Live exclusive PPV ever (as WWE won’t be doing brand exclusive PPVs after WrestleMania 34).

The winner of tonight’s main event will head into WrestleMania 34 as the WWE Champion and will defend the Title against the winner of the Men’s 2018 Royal Rumble match, Shinsuke Nakamura.

The Men’s 2018 Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura kicks off the main show with his bout with Rusev.

Up next is the United States Championship match between Bobby Roode & Randy Orton.

Roode jumps from the middle rope, but Orton nails an RKO and gets the pin!

Up next is the SmackDown Tag Team Championship match between The Usos & The New Day

After good back & forth action, the match was interrupted by The Bludgeon Brothers and they attacked both teams!

Both teams have been completely destroyed by The Bludgeon Brothers!

Up next is the co-main event of the evening. It’s the SmackDown Women’s Championship match between Charlotte Flair & Ruby Riott.

After good back & forth action, Charlotte Flair successfully defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ruby Riott by making her tap out to the Figure 8 Leglock.

Charlotte’s celebration is interrupted by the winner of the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble match, Asuka!

Asuka issues a Title challenge for WrestleMania 34!

Up next is the main event of the evening – the 6 Pack Challenge for the WWE Championship!

The match begins and John Cena nails everyone with Attitude Adjustments, except AJ Styles.

Cena & Owens are on top of the announce table and Cena is looking to AA Owens through another announce table, but Owens gets out of the way and Styles gets on top of Cena now and gets AAed through the announce table!

Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens are in the ring now and Zayn lays down for Owens to get pinned, but Owens doesn’t believe him and catches him by the neck and Zayn tries to pin him, but isn’t successful. Owens & Zayn now trade shots and Owens is looking to Powerbomb Zayn on the Apron, but Zayn dodges out of it and drops Owens on the apron.

Zayn is now arguing with Shane McMahon and Owens goes for a Superkick, but Zayn gets out of the way and Shane gets hit with it!

Owens nails a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Ziggler in the ring and goes for the pin, but Shane pulls the referee out of the ring!

Zayn nails a Helluva Kick on Owens from behind and goes for the pin, but Shane pulls out the referee again! In the meantime Ziggler goes for the pin on Owens & Zayn breaks it up in time.

Corbin hits Cena with Steel Steps on the outside. Now Cena repays the favor and attacks Corbin with the Steel Steps in the ring and then AAs him on it! Cena goes for the pin, but Ziggler breaks it up.

Owens hits a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Cena, but Styles nails Owens with a Phenomenal Forearm out of nowhere and pins him to retain the Title!

This confirms the WWE Championship match for WrestleMania 34 – AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura.

Shane has a staredown with Zayn outside the ring. Cena is left disappointed in the ring. The camera gets in the face of Cena and Cena pushes it away.
