• FastLane 2018 Main Event Leading To 3 Matches At WrestleMania 34
At this Sunday’s FastLane 2018 PPV, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles will defend the WWE Championship against John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Baron Corbin, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn in a 6 Pack Challenge in the main event.
This match is expected to lead to 3 matches at WrestleMania 34:
1. Styles is expected to retain the WWE Title and this will set up AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 34.
2. With Styles winning, John Cena will remain without a match at WrestleMania 34. Cena is then expected to announce on next week’s post-FastLane 2018 edition of Raw that he won’t be a part of WrestleMania 34 and this is when The Undertaker will confront him and set up their match (as we noted earlier via The Dirty Sheets).
3. During this main event match, expect Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens to completely turn on each other and this would lead to a singles match between them at WrestleMania 34. The seeds for this feud were already planted on this week’s SmackDown Live when Zayn pinned Owens.
