16 Time WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena will be the part of a tag team match at a WrestleMania event for the first time ever, when he teams up with his girlfriend Nikki Bella to face the team of The Miz & Maryse in a mixed tag team match.
Current plan is for the mixed tag team of Cena & Nikki to stay undefeated (they had one match together as a tag team on SmackDown Live and were victorious) and defeat The Miz & Maryse.

Speaking of this match, Nikki Bella revealed on her YouTube Channel that she suffered a neck sprain and noted that she didn’t work recent WWE Live Events due to this. This started speculation that the mixed tag team match between John Cena & Nikki Bella vs. The Miz & Maryse at WrestleMania 33 might be in jeopardy.
However, that’s not the case. Nikki got X-Rays done of her neck and she has been cleared to compete at WrestleMania 33 by the doctors.
As we have noted before, Nikki is expected to work a part-time schedule after WrestleMania 33.
