On this day in 1990, the World Wrestling Federation aired a promo by “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan who talked about the upcoming 1991 Royal Rumble match featuring 30 WWF Superstars.

It’s worth mentioning that Hogan eventually won that match.

During a WWE Raw Live Event in Uniondale, New York, Raw Superstar Paige had a scary moment during a 6 women tag team match. Sasha Banks kicked Paige in the back and Paige was visibly shaken after this.

The referee immediately threw the “X” sign (to indicate a legitimate injury) and a trainer came to the ring to check on Paige. A stretcher was brought out, but Paige managed to walk to the back on her own and the match was called off.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Paige suffered a mild stinger and has been taken off the rest of the Raw Live Events of this week as a precautionary measure.

Speaking of the main event of this Live Event, “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns is now 3-0 over the 16 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena as he defeated Cena twice this week at Live Events and also defeated him in their only televised match at No Mercy 2017.
