Below are some top AEW & WWE news stories of the day, involving Thunder Rosa and Lash Legend.

• Former AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa hasn’t stepped inside the ring since the summer of 2022. After suffering a back injury, she relinquished the AEW Women’s World Championship on the August 24th 2022 episode of Dynamite.

It was recently reported that she has been cleared to wrestle, but still hasn’t made her return to the ring.

Here’s what she said about her in-ring status during an interview with News 4 in San Antonio:

“It’s very tough. It’s mentally, physically and spiritually tough. But it’s been a beautiful journey from the lows to the highest.

I am ready. I am whenever that call… my boss says, ‘It’s time for you to return’.

Like, I am super excited and I cannot wait to show to the world and all you fans who have been supporting me all this time that I am ready. And I have a lot more to give.”
