Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day.
• According to PWInsider, former Women’s Champion Naomi aka Trinity will return to WWE as a surprise entrant in the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
She left WWE in May 2022, along with Sasha Banks aka Mercedes Mone, after having a falling out with WWE Officials.
Naomi recently finished up her run in TNA Wrestling, where she held the Knockouts World Championship.
Speaking of the Knockouts World Championship, current champion Jordynne Grace is also expected to be a surprise entrant in the women’s Rumble tonight, despite being under contract with TNA.
As we reported before, Sonya Deville is expected to return from injury at tonight’s Royal Rumble PLE.
Another injured wrestler might return during the Women’s Royal Rumble match – Liv Morgan. According to Fightful Select, Liv was spotted at the venue of tonight’s show.

• WWE announced the following today:
