Below are some top WWE news stories of the day, featuring Jim Duggan, Oba Femi, and The Rock.
• “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan has signed a WWE Legends deal, paving the way for his return to action figures and video games.
The first ever Royal Rumble winner revealed the news on The Hacksaw Hour, saying past issues were resolved, and he’s excited to be part of WWE again.
Duggan last appeared on WWE programming at Saturday Night’s Main Event in January, where WWE treated him well and compensated him generously.
Now back in the merch lineup, Duggan joked that he hopes his next action figure gives him abs.
• On tonight’s episode of TNA iMPACT, JDC (Fandango) defeated Leon Slater with help from The System.
After the match The System beat down Slater, which led to NXT Champion Oba Femi & TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) making the save.
Santino Marella announced they will face off in a 6 Man Tag Team Match next week.
