It featured Eddy Thorpe (with Olympic Gold Medalist Gable Steveson) defeating Damon Kemp (who is Gable’s real-life brother).
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett runs something similar to NXT Underground, known as Bloodsport.
Barnett tweeted the following about NXT Underground:

According to Fightful Select, this match impressed a lot of WWE Officials backstage. They appreciated the grittiness of it.
