• Talks Between Neville & WWE Open Again, Possible Return Date
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, talks between WWE & former Cruiserweight Champion Neville are open again. If Neville agrees to return, then the possible return date could be in April, sometime after WrestleMania 34.
It looks like Neville will have to make-up for the time he’s been away as WWE probably put a freeze on his contract, just like they put on Daniel Bryan’s contract (which resulted in his contract being extended out).
• Former World Champion Returns To Action At Live Event, Set To Face Brock Lesnar Tonight
Former World Heavyweight Champion Kane returned to in-ring action at last night’s WWE Live Event in Kalamazoo, Michigan and lost to “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman.
This is Kane’s first WWE appearace since the post-Royal Rumble episode of Raw where he lost a Last Man Standing match to Strowman.
Kane will now face the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at tonight’s Live Event in Chicago.
Paul Heyman noted on Twitter that Lesnar will appear and fully intends to honor his contractual obligations:
