• According to Fightful Select, former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada is expected to join All Elite Wrestling soon following his departure from NJPW.
While the agreement between Okada and AEW is reportedly close to finalization, it hasn’t been officially confirmed yet.
Discussions between Okada and AEW have been ongoing since mid-January, and his debut with the company is anticipated to happen after fulfilling his remaining commitments with NJPW.
Creative plans for Okada’s role in AEW have been in discussion since January, and there’s speculation that significant developments regarding his debut could occur in the first half of March, possibly at AEW Dynamite: Big Business on March 13.
