17. Kurt Angle To Announce The SummerSlam 2017 Main Event Next Week

On this week’s episode of Raw, “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns and “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe collided in the main event, with the winner facing Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship in the main event of SummerSlam 2017.

During the ending moments of the match, “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman made his way out and pulled Joe out of the ring. Strowman then attacked Reigns. Strowman soon turned his attention towards Joe and they started to brawl as well.

Reigns attacked Strowman again and this resulted in Joe locking-in the Coquina Clutch on Strowman. The hold broke when Reigns hit a Superman Punch on Strowman and Joe fell off Strowman.

Strowman then went on to deliver Power Slams on both Joe & Reigns! Security came out to stop Strowman, but they’re all afraid of the monster. Strowman then delivered another Power Slam on Reigns before leaving.

The show ended with Joe and Reigns laid out in the ring.

Kurt Angle then noted in a WWE Network interview with Renee Young that he’ll announce the SummerSlam 2017 main event (the Universal Title match) next week on Raw.
