Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day.

• Former WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly might be hinting at a return to the ring. Although she is no longer an active WWE competitor, a recent social media post suggests she could be considering a comeback on NXT.

Since stepping away from full-time competition, Kelly Kelly has made sporadic appearances in WWE. She participated in three women’s Royal Rumble matches, with her most recent entry in 2022, and competed in a Battle Royal at the all-women’s Evolution pay-per-view in 2018.

The speculation about her return was sparked by a tweet from NXT wrestler Wendy Choo. Choo posted about her match against Carlee Bright, referring to Bright as Kelly Kelly’s daughter.

“Say goodnight to Kelly Kelly’s daughter.”

Kelly Kelly noticed the mention and responded, hinting at a potential return. She even tagged Carlee Bright in her reply, suggesting she might step back into the ring.

“Ohhhhhh does mother need to come out of retirement??? @CarleeBrightWWE let me know girl I got you!!!”

• During an interview with SK Wrestling, 2-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan was asked to give his opinion of current RAW star Seth Rollins.

Here’s what the Hulkster said about the former World Heavyweight Champion:

“He’s simply the best. He’s really come into his own. He morphed through that joker transition to turning it into his, and it was just a temporary pass-through that you know he could do where he could find the light of passage to feel comfortable in his own skin.

He’s there, bro. He’s as solid as they get. He’s an attraction. All these guys just need to stay healthy, and they’re doing the crazy stuff that we didn’t do back in the day, so every time they go for a crazy move, I cringe, you know.”

Rollins will challenge Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of the Money In The Bank PLE in Toronto this Saturday.
