• Becky Lynch Comments On The Past Year Being A Mixed Bag For Her

During a recent appearance on Chasing Glory with Lilian Garcia podcast, former SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch talked about her friendship with Charlotte Flair and how much she loves traveling with Flair, past year being a mixed bag for her and more.

Below are the highlights:

On her friendship with Charlotte Flair and how much she loves traveling with Flair:

“It’s awesome. You know when you are traveling, you are traveling with somebody who has the same schedule and likes doing the same things. Goes to the same gym, eats at the same food places and things like that. That is one thing that makes the traveling more convenient, but also someone you can vent to all the time, or stay up with. It just makes the road life that much easier.”

On past year being a mixed bag for her:

“I mean, this year has been a mixed bag because I did a lot of great things. I achieved a lot of the goals I had set out for myself. I moved to Los Angeles, California, which I love. I got to be the lead female in Marine 6. I did some stuff with Nickelodeon, and of course we got to do the first and second ever Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. We’ve had the first ever Women’s Royal Rumble and Women’s WrestleMania Battle Royal, so there’s some great points there.

Being somebody who is ambitious and complacent, I know I won’t look at 2017 as my most successful year. I wasn’t on television and featured in storylines as much as I would like to be, but of course that sets you up for the following year where we say to ourselves, ‘Okay, that may not be what I wanted, but how can we kick down the door and makes sure that 2018 is going to be better and bigger?'”

• Former WWE Star Comments On Fans Turning On Roman Reigns When Reports Came Out That He Was Getting A “John Cena Push”

During a recent edition of “Conversation with the Big Guy” podcast, former WWE Superstar Ryback talked about fans turning on “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns when reports came out that Reigns was getting a “John Cena Push”.

Below is what Ryback said:

“A lot of people have forgotten this, Roman was the one people were cheering. Fans were cheering Roman. And then, when they realized that he was gonna get a Cena-like type push, or whatever you wanna call it, they slowly turned against that. But I’m also of the thought process that with these fans, the certain percentage of them, whoever you put in that spot, and push that hard, there’s gonna be backlash from the crowd because of the success. You wanna see a guy do good, but you don’t wanna see a guy do too good.

And there’s a good percentage of the fans where they boo just to boo, because it’s the cool thing to do. But it’s, again, a lot of those are the ones that go to the shows, but you got to remember, everywhere this guy goes, kids and families, he’s the biggest star. Kids and families typically aren’t on message boards, for the most part, but it’s a very real thing.

So, these people are arguing with each other, they migrate towards each other, and they find like minds like theirs. ‘Oh, you hate Roman?’ ‘Oh, I f***ing hate Roman, too.’ And then before you know it, it’s an army of ants all in one f***ing chat room on Reddit talking about their hatred of Roman Reigns because he’s doing so g****mn good.”
