Former WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee showed off her physique on social media recently after doing a photoshoot.

This began speculation that she could be preparing for an in-ring return.
However, AJ soon shot down the rumors when she wrote the following on Instagram:
“Retired athlete.”
In 2021, CM Punk said her wife AJ Lee won’t return to the ring due to her neck issues:
“The reason she stopped wrestling is because of her neck. She’s got a bad neck, you know. I wouldn’t want her to jeopardize health and neither would she, so we’ll put an end to that rumor right now.”
AJ Lee’s final match took place on the March 30th 2015 episode of WWE RAW, where she teamed up with Paige & Naomi to defeat The Bella Twins & Natalya.
