Below are a couple of top AEW & WWE news stories of the day:

• Before this week’s AEW Dynamite began, Tony Khan revealed that the newest signing in All Elite Wrestling will debut at this Saturday’s Full Gear 2023 PPV.

Below is what he tweeted:

“AEW has agreed to terms with one of the world’s best wrestlers, a pro who is known + respected by virtually every AEW fan! They’ll come to LA to sign their contract THIS SATURDAY 11/18 on PPV at AEW Full Gear!”

There was speculation that this signing could be of former (WWE) World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler, but his WWE non-compete clause doesn’t end until late December.

According to Andrew Zarian, NJPW’s IWGP UK (US) Champion Will Ospreay is expected to be the mystery man who signs an AEW contract this Saturday night:

“I was told Will Ospreay. That is a big deal. Huge deal because WWE was actively pursuing him.”

Despite Ziggler not being the new signing at Full Gear, the Wrestling Observer reports that Ziggler is expected to sign with AEW as many backstage expect him to be there soon.

Ziggler’s younger brother Ryan Nemeth also wrestles in AEW.
