In a new video released on his YouTube channel, former WWE wrestler Miro (fka Rusev), who debuted in AEW last Wednesday, discussed his AEW debut.

Below are his thoughts about AEW President Tony Khan:

“I’m just excited to have the opportunity. I’m thankful to Tony Khan that we got in contact. When he got in contact, everything was fine. He’s such a good dude, he’s such a great owner, and he’s very open to talk to with creative ideas and everything. He’s around everybody, it’s not like he’s hiding. His energy is definitely great, and he just wants the best.”

He also discussed AEW’s success up till now and the Wednesday Night Wars.

“We all have the same agenda. We all want AEW to succeed. We’re all in agreement that we’re already doing great, and destroying NXT and all that, but now, we’re up for the big prize, and I knew that they were going to get there anyways, but I’m just glad along and join the joy ride.”
