He then wrestled for the – now renamed – World Wrestling Entertainment until 2007, including another successful Tag Team run with Rikishi in 2004.

• Future Plan For AJ Styles’ Heel Run

In the main event of last night’s episode of RAW, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles failed to defeat Ricochet in a United States Championship match.

After the match, Styles turned heel and attacked Ricochet. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson joined Styles in attacking the US Champion.

You can watch it below:

According to Slice Wrestling, the eventual plan for Styles’ heel turn is for him to enter into a Universal Title feud once again (most probably with Seth Rollins again).

No word yet on when Styles will enter the Universal Title feud. He’s expected to face Ricochet for the US Title later this month at Extreme Rules 2019.

While most would expect WWE to book Rollins vs. Styles for the Universal Title at SummerSlam 2019, but SummerSlam takes place on August 11 and there ins’t enough time to build a proper feud with Rollins, especially since Styles is feuding with Ricochet right now.

We’ll keep you updated regarding this.
