2. Reason Behind Alberto Del Rio Being Stabbed In San Antonio
As we noted before, former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio was attacked by a man with a knife outside a restaurant in San Antonio.
According to MLW Radio, a car collided with Del Rio’s car and both men got out of their cars and had words. Del Rio had to catch a flight for his AAA event, so he turned and was set to leave for the airport. The other man then took out a knife and attacked Del Rio with it.
He then went to hit Del Rio in the face with the knife but Del Rio just managed to get out of the way (but still got a cut on his head). Del Rio then took the man down but the man continued to hit him with Knifes. Del Rio finally took the knife away from him but the man managed to escape in his car.
Many people around the scene noted down the number of the license plate of the attacker’s car. Del Rio was bleeding profusely and was taken to a hospital to get stitches.
