Good News For MJF After AEW Double Or Nothing 2023

MJF Loses At AEW Double Or Nothing 2022 WrestleFeed App

Below are a couple of WWE and AEW news stories regarding injuries to Braun Strowman and MJF:

– You won’t be seeing former Universal Champion Braun Strowman on WWE TV anytime soon, as PWInsider is reporting that he’s dealing with an unspecified injury.

This injury is different from the concussion he suffered on the April 21st episode of SmackDown, where he teamed up with Ricochet to defeat The Viking Raiders.

The concussion he suffered wasn’t major and he was cleared to return to in-ring action the next week. He wrestled two matches after that.

Strowman & Ricochet were drafted to RAW, but Strowman hasn’t appeared on the red brand after the Draft.

The Monster Among Men is currently listed on WWE’s disabled list, which means the writers won’t factor him into storylines.

Word going on is that Strowman will require surgery to fix his current injury.

– In the co-main event of the AEW Double Or Nothing 2023 pay-per-view, MJF defeated Darby Allin, “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry and Sammy Guevara in a Fatal 4-Way Match to retain the AEW World Championship.

In the post-show media scrum, MJF revealed that he hurt his forearm during the match.

According to PWInsider, MJF’s forearm is banged up, but not broken. He’ll be fine and isn’t expected to miss any ring time because of it.
