• WWE Hall of Famer JBL addressed allegations made by the late Ashley Massaro regarding her alleged assault during a WWE tour in Kuwait.

Speaking with Conrad Thompson, JBL reflected on the Tribute To The Troops event, which he initially proposed in 2003. While credited for the idea, JBL emphasized that Vince McMahon and Kevin Dunn were instrumental in the event’s success, downplaying his own role.

When asked about Massaro’s claims, JBL described them as “horrific” and expressed hope they were untrue. He admitted to having no knowledge of the incident while also affirming his belief in Massaro’s sincerity, stating:

“They’re horrific allegations, and I hope they weren’t true. I have no idea if they were true or not. None. I don’t doubt Ashley at all, by the way, so I had no idea.”

WWE has consistently denied the allegations.
