• Hall Of Famer Says He Could Be The Next WWE Release

2-Time WWE Hall of Famer and NXT commentator Booker T opened up about his own job security in light of recent WWE departures, saying he believes he could be released next. Speaking on his podcast, Booker discussed how the arrival of TKO and Endeavor has made him rethink his place in the company:

“When the TKO people came in, Endeavor and all those guys, this was my first thought process. These guys may not know me from Adam. Okay, so let me be proactive and get ahead of this thing, because I could be next on the chopping block. And the only thing I want to know is guys just give me a heads up. Okay, that’s it.

It’s a young man, a young woman’s business. And somebody at my age, if they’re not thinking about a phone call coming at some point in time, they’re delusional. They’re not thinking properly.

So when it happened with R-Truth, I’m thinking just like I’m thinking right now. If I’m not thinking that way, I’m being delusional. No matter how many people out there would love and the outpouring support hopefully will come out and say, you know, ‘give a job back,’ don’t think I would be expecting to get it, you know? I mean, because I would know my number has come.”

• Big Change Coming For Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins could be getting a major musical upgrade. According to Cory Hays via the Bodyslam Patreon, WWE is teaming up with a mainstream artist to create a brand-new entrance theme for Rollins. While the name of the artist hasn’t been revealed yet, the new track is expected to replace his current theme, “The Visionary” by Def Rebel. Rollins had been using “Burn It Down” by John Kiernan from early 2021 until late 2024, when he switched to the Def Rebel track. Now, another change is on the way—possibly one with wider appeal thanks to the involvement of a mainstream name.

The report also mentions that Rollins’ faction, which includes Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman, is expected to receive an official name soon. Rollins has been associated with Heyman since WrestleMania 41 and has been aligned with Breakker and Reed in recent weeks.

Rollins is also back in the World Title picture, having won the Money In The Bank contract. The win gives him the right to challenge for any championship whenever he chooses.
