5. SmackDown Superstar Injured, Will Kota Ibushi Be A Full Time Performer In WWE?
SmackDown Live Superstar Eric Rowan recently suffered a shoulder injury and underwent surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. He’s expected to be out of action for 4-6 months. He lost to The Rock at this year’s WrestleMania.
Speaking of SmackDown, the following matches were taped before last night’s SmackDown Live for this week’s episode of WWE Main Event:
– Natalya vs. Naomi
– SmackDown Tag Team Champions Rhyno & Heath Slater vs. The Ascension
NXT wrestler Kota Ibushi recently told Japanese Media that he won’t be working full time with WWE:

Ibushi will team up with Hideo Itami during the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic 2016 tournament.
