Early Wednesday morning, WWE Hall of Famer (celebrity wing) Donald Trump declared victory in the presidential election as he led Kamala Harris in projected Electoral College votes.
Trump said the following in his victory speech:
“I want to thank the American people for the extraordinary honor of being elected your 47th president and your 45th president. It is now clear that we’ve achieved the most incredible political thing. We’re going to help our country heal and fix everything about our country. America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate. This will truly be the golden age of America. This is a magnificent victory for the American people that will allow us to make America great again.”
During his speech, Trump praised Tesla CEO Elon Musk, noting Musk’s support through a political action committee, America PAC. He spoke at length about the recent landing of SpaceX’s Starship booster, saying, “I thought it was a Space Age movie or something,” and declaring, “We have a new star, a star is born, Elon!”
Trump also highlighted his support from Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the independent candidate who had ended his own presidential campaign. Trump said Kennedy would play a significant role in shaping health-care policy in his administration, adding, “He’s going to help make America healthy again.”
Trump’s running mate, Ohio Senator JD Vance, expressed gratitude, saying, “Well, Mr. President, I appreciate you allowing me to join you on this incredible journey.” Vance praised Trump, calling their victory “the greatest political comeback in the history of the United States of America.”
Mick Foley wasn’t happy with the outcome and posted the following on Instagram:
“SAD.”
Hulk Hogan wrote:
“Believe it or not, brother, we’re more alike than we are different. This election season showed just how much we all care about where this country’s headed. Now that the votes are in, let’s remember—it doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat or a Republican, we’re all real Americans. It’s time to come together, talk with our neighbors and focus on what unites us. We all love this country, and we’re all in for building a better future. Love you all. HH”
Kane posted:
“I can’t wait to see President Donald Trump back in the Oval Office and look forward to working with him in any way I can to make America great again.”
