• “I am too old to work for the WWE now” – WCW Veteran

Former WCW Cruiserweight Champion Ultimo Dragon is currently in the United States.

He will work the Revolución de la Lucha Libre show in San Jose, California this Saturday. At this event, he will team up with Misterioso to take on Border Patrol.

During an interview with Sports Illustrated, Ultimo Dragon was asked if he’d like to join WWE with Triple H being the Head Of Creative now.

Below is what he said:

“A lot of people always tell me [I should go back with Triple H in charge], but to me, it was an honor to work under (Vince) McMahon.

Even though he did not give me many opportunities, I learned a lot backstage about the business. I am too old to work for the WWE now.”

Ultimo Dragon will turn 56 in December. He worked in WWE from June 2003 to April 2004.

During his time in WCW, neither did he have any memorable feuds, nor he did he achieve any notable success.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLIE NORRIS!
