“I have never been creamed on like this before” – Chelsea Green After NXT Incident

In the main event of tonight’s NXT, Chelsea Green came out with North American Champion Ethan Page to celebrate their victory over Mr. Iguana and La Hiedra, capturing the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championships at Dia de Muertos last Sunday.

The duo feared that Joe Hendry would crash their segment after weeks of buildup. Green had Alba Fyre say Hendry’s name, which brought him out. Hendry then demanded a Mixed Tag Team Championship match and asked the crowd to say Thea Hail’s name, which caused her to appear out of a cake.

The chaos quickly escalated as Thea smashed the cake into the faces of Green and Fyre, while Hendry attacked Page. Thea then handed Hendry the cake to throw at Page at the end of the show.

After going backstage, Green and Page were visibly furious over the segment.

Here’s what Green said:

“Disgusting. Disgusting behaviour. We were disrespected in Monterrey and we were disrespected tonight. I have never been creamed on like this before. Wait…”

Page added:

“Neither have I. Neither have I wanted to cut the cake and eat it with a fork. This is BS!”
