Brock Lesnar could be involved in a Dream Match in 2024!
Gunther (fka WALTER) already surpassed WWE Hall of Famer The Honky Tonk Man as the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time.
Recently, he has identified Brock Lesnar as his ultimate opponent, even referring to him as his ‘end boss’.
The two wrestlers had a face-to-face encounter during the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble match, sparking interest among fans for a potential match, that could take place at WrestleMania 40 in 2024.
Gunther expressed that facing Lesnar is a significant challenge, emphasizing Lesnar’s status as his ultimate adversary in WWE.
Here’s what the Intercontinental Champion had to say:
“You never really know what you get with Brock. It’s definitely a match I want to have and I want to do.
I feel Brock is somebody, I just make it my thing, I make him my personal End Boss.
That’s the guy that, at one point, I have to step in the ring with to validate myself.”
Gunther is scheduled to defend the Intercontinental Title against The Miz at this Saturday’s ‘WWE Survivor Series 2023’ premium-live-event on November 25th.
On last night’s episode of RAW, Gunther and Miz had a heated promo segment, where Gunther bullied Miz. A brawl broke out between the two men, which ended with Miz hitting Gunther with a Low Blow followed by a Skull Crushing Finale.
