• “I’d beat the living sh*t out of this roided up jew” – Top AEW Star To Goldberg
Bill Goldberg’s contract with WWE has expired and he is currently a Free Agent.
Goldberg noted in an interview in March that WWE owes him a retirement match.
If WWE doesn’t give Goldberg a retirement match, AEW might. AEW President Tony Khan said during an interview that he’s paying attention to the Goldberg situation and is open to bringing him in.
During an interview on 93.7 The Ticket, Goldberg said he’s leaning towards promoting his retirement tour himself and is thinking about a four-city World Tour.
According to PWInsider, Goldberg met with at least one international promoter during the WrestleMania 39 week in Los Angeles.
Goldberg discussed having a farewell tour / celebration show in Israel and possibly other countries.
After reading this report, AEW World Champion MJF tweeted the following:
