• “If this guy attacks you, have him arrested” – Former WWE Star On Brock Lesnar’s Backstage Attitude

Former WWE Superstar Matt Riddle has claimed that WWE producers are intimidated by Brock Lesnar behind the scenes.

Speaking on the Rewind Recap Relive podcast, Riddle discussed multiple interactions involving Lesnar and suggested that there is a level of fear when it comes to managing him backstage.

Riddle pointed to Royal Rumble 2022 and Elimination Chamber 2022 PLEs as examples. He alleged that Lesnar has a reputation for taking control of match layouts and not always following the originally discussed plans. According to Riddle, when Lesnar enters production meetings, he often dictates how segments will play out, and producers tend to go along with it rather than push back.

Regarding the Elimination Chamber match in Saudi Arabia, Riddle claimed Lesnar exited his pod earlier than scheduled, which led to the match ending sooner than intended. He said several performers were frustrated afterward because planned spots were cut. Riddle suggested that producers were unwilling to confront Lesnar over the change.

Riddle also described the atmosphere in meetings leading into the Royal Rumble in 2022, stating that Lesnar made it clear how he wanted things handled and that there was little resistance from WWE Producers in the room. Riddle said it was hard to watch because he does not like seeing people get scared. He believes that since WWE is a professional company with rules, people should not be intimidated by others.

Here’s what Riddle said:

“Every Producer fears Brock Lesnar. I hate seeing people get scared. You shouldn’t be. If this guy attacks you, have him arrested. That’s against the rules. You can’t just act like a Neanderthal.”

• Gunther Teases Retiring Major Name Next

After ending the careers of Goldberg, John Cena, and AJ Styles, Gunther has officially set his sights on the next target for his “Career Killer” moniker.

During an appearance on The Morning Shift, the former World Heavyweight Champion was asked who should be the next veteran on the retirement list.

When the hosts suggested Brock Lesnar, Gunther didn’t hesitate to entertain the idea, using the opportunity to send a message to the locker room’s elder statesmen:

“That’s a good one, right? We’ll see. I think there are a bunch of examples of people who overstay their welcome, who just hang on a little bit too much, who chase one moment too much. It seems like there is a big amount of people to choose from.”
