It was broadcasted from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and featured pre-taped matches & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Unforgiven 1999’ PPV.

• Impact Wrestling Takes A Shot At WWE’s New Hell In A Cell Structure
WWE posted a live video of their employees setting up the Hell In A Cell structure for tonight.
It should be noted that WWE has changed their Hell In A Cell structure for the 2nd time. While the only change made this time is that it’s going to be red in color, it’s still a change.
The first change was made back in 2006 when the height of the Cell was increased.
