• “It’s a little different for those littler guys” – Goldberg On Edge

WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg appeared on the latest episode of WWE’s The Bump, where he talked about Edge’s comeback story.

While talking about it, Goldberg joked about Edge being a “little guy”.

Here’s what the WCW Legend said:

“I’m in awe with what Edge is doing, obviously. Parallels have gone on with me to a certain extent in my career, with going away and coming back, and being able to do it at the level he’s doing it, albeit he only weighs like 200 pounds and it’s a little different for those littler guys.”

Goldberg obviously said this as a joke (as Edge is a legitimate Heavyweight wrestler), but this might be a response to Edge indirectly taking a shot at him last year, where Edge said that he didn’t return to WWE for short 4-5 minute matches.

Could this lead to a future “Spear vs. Spear” match between Goldberg & Edge?

It’s highly unlikely at this point, but you never know, especially given the fact that WWE is planning to return to Saudi Arabia later this year, and the Saudi Officials love Old School Legends & nostalgia.
