• During the SummerSlam 2024 post-show, Triple H revealed that Logan Paul and Jacob Fatu got hurt at the PLE. Here’s what the WWE Chief Content Officer said:

“Unfortunately, [Jacob Fatu] got a little bit banged up in that last match. The only two real… Logan’s a little banged up, as he should be, and Jacob’s a little banged up.

I’ll see where that nets out here in a little bit. Hopefully nothing serious, but it was bugging him a little bit, the leg, so we’ll see where he is.”

On Friday’s SmackDown, it was mentioned by the commentators and even during Cody Rhodes’ promo that Jacob is injured.

According to PWInsider, Fatu is expected to make his television comeback by the end of the month. Despite worries among WWE wrestlers about the possibility of Fatu being seriously injured, a source within WWE denied these concerns.

• During an interview with Collider, John Cena revealed that he’ll work 36 dates during his WWE retirement tour in 2025.

Here’s what the 16-time World Champion said:

“I can probably confirm that Peacemaker will take us to the end of 2024, and I can say that with the utmost conviction because I have given the calendar year 2025 to WWE.

I am retiring in 2025, and I start that farewell tour in January. I’ll end it in December, and it’s going to be right around 36 dates around the world to pay thanks and gratitude to the WWE audiences around the world. So that’s what I’m doing in 2025.”
