Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, featuring Jade Cargill and RAW.

• Jade Cargill remains absent from WWE television, with uncertainty surrounding her status.

Following a mystery attacker angle on SmackDown in November, reports conflict about whether her absence is due to a legitimate injury or part of a storyline.

The Wrestling Observer initially reported that Cargill was dealing with an injury requiring at least three months of recovery, while PWInsider claimed she wasn’t injured and the angle was storyline-related.

However, Cargill is reportedly listed on WWE’s internal injury list, and a WWE official confirmed to the Observer that she has seen doctors for an unspecified injury.

Cargill broke her social media silence today by sharing a photo on Instagram showing blood on her face, adding to the speculation but providing no further clarity as she didn’t write anything in the caption.
