In the main event of Royal Rumble 2023, Roman Reigns defeated Kevin Owens to retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

The Bloodline brutally assaulted Owens after the match. Roman told Sami Zayn to smash Owens’ head in with a Steel Chair after handcuffing him, but Sami turned on his Tribal Chief and hit him with a Steel Chair.

The Bloodline then attacked Sami. Jey Uso refused to join in and left.

After the show went off the air, Reigns said the following about Sami:

“You’re either Bloodline, or you’re not.”

Jey just announced on Instagram that he has left The Bloodline. Below is what he wrote:

“I’m out.”

Jey also posted on his Instagram story, where he posted a photo of him with Roman and indicated that he wants to fight The Tribal Chief again by writing “Run It Back”.
