According to Rajah, WWE isn’t planning to do an all-women’s PPV this year as of this writing.
WWE did the first-ever all-women’s PPV last year, WWE Evolution, just before the WWE Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia to make sure people don’t complain about only men competing at Crown Jewel.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross recently tweeted the following about young wrestlers not “selling” enough during matches:
