• Jim Ross Reveals What Will Eventually Run Vince McMahon Down

During a recent edition of Grillin’ JR podcast, WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW commentator Jim Ross talked about Vince McMahon and all the good things Vince did for him over the years.

During the podcast, JR talked about Vince’s opinion on sleep and JR thinks that lack of sleep will eventually run Vince down.

Below is what Good Ol’ JR said:

“[Vince] told me one time that sleep is our enemy. In fact he told me that more than one time, that sleep is our enemy. He believes that, that is his philosophy.

I think he believes that he can get away with 3-6 hours of sleep every day and his body – he’s lean, trains a lot, eats well, so I just think that he has convinced himself that he doesn’t require the sleep that most people do. And as long as psychologically he believes that, then it’s going to work for him.

But at some point in time, we all know that that’s just not the way it works. Eventually, your body needs recharging. But he’s amazing, he is in his 70’s and still chopping the wood.”
