As we noted yesterday, WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka was arrested for the murder of his girlfriend Nancy Argentino in 1983. WWE issued the following statement: “WWE expresses its continued sympathy to the Argentino family for their loss. Ultimately this legal matter will be decided by our judicial system.”
In an update on this situation, respected Pro-Wrestling Journalist Bill Apter notes that Jimmy Snuka wasn’t arrested at home, but after arraignment, which Snuka and his wife went to willingly. He further notes that Snuka immediately posted bail (bail was set at $100,000) and Snuka is now at home. You can watch Bill Apter’s video below:
