2. Is Big Damo The Newest Member of SAnitY? #1 Contender Qualifying Matches
As seen on this week’s episode of NXT, Big Damo helped Alexander Wolfe & Eric Young defeat No Way Jose & Rich Swann.
It looks like Damo will replace Sawyer Fulton in the group, who will be out of action for months due to an injury.
Four qualifying matches for the #1 contender spot for the NXT Championship have been announced. Below are the matches:
– Bobby Roode vs. Oney Lorcan
– Tye Dillinger vs. Eric Young
– Elias Samson vs. Roderick Strong
– No Way Jose vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas

The winners of these matches will collide in a Fatal-4 way elimination match to determine the #1 contender for the NXT Championship. The winner will get his Title shot at NXT TakeOver: San Antonio during the Royal Rumble 2017 weekend.
Speaking of NXT TakeOver: San Antonio, The Authors of Pain will face the NXT Tag Team Champions, either #DIY or The Revival (as they will have a Title rematch in the coming weeks), for the Title at that event.
