• John Cena Praises The Miz
16-Time WWE World Heavyweight Champion John Cena had the following to say about The Miz after the release of his new WWE 24 documentary on the WWE Network:
“WATCH THIS NOW. @mikethemiz IS the definition of both passion and perseverance. Underrated only in the eyes of ignorance. THE hardest worker I know.
An inspiration to me and proof that REAL success takes earning every inch. Awesome does NOT do you justice. #Respect”

The Miz & John Cena have faced each other in WWE multiple times before.
The Miz defeated John Cena in the main event of WrestleMania 27 to retain the WWE Championship (after interference from The Rock).
Cena then went on to end The Miz’s first WWE Title reign at the next PPV event, which was Extreme Rules 2011.
They also faced off at WrestleMania 33, this time in a mixed tag team match, where the team of John Cena & Nikki Bella defeated the team of The Miz & Maryse.
