• Update On Rich Swann
As we noted earlier, Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann was arrested for battery and false imprisonment of an adult. He was taken into custody around 12 am on December 10th by Alachua County Florida Sheriff.
In an update to this, Gainesville Police has released the official police report. What happened was Swann and his wife, indy wrestler Vannarah Riggs, were heading home from the event Riggs performed at.
Swann was critiquing her performance at the event and the conversation became heated. This led to Riggs leaving the car and Swann shouted at her to come back.
After Riggs refused to come back, Swann went after her, put her in a headlock and dragged her into the car while she screamed for help. This is all according to a witness.
Another witness is claiming that both Swann & Riggs got out of a moving car. Riggs said that she was thinking the argument could get physical, so she left the car and she dragged back into it against her will.
On the other hand, Swann is saying that he never touched her and that he just wanted to get home because his wife had GPS on her phone.
