• WWE Signs Top Female Indy Wrestler
According to Squared Circle Sirens, WWE has signed top female indy wrestler and Mae Young Classic competitor Candice LeRae to a developmental (NXT) contract.
For those who don’t know, she’s the wife of NXT wrestler Johnny Gargano.

• Former WWE Champion No Longer Signing With Impact Wrestling
As we noted before, talks were going on between former WWE Champion Rey Mysterio & Impact Wrestling and Impact officials were trying to get Mysterio to work this week’s TV tapings.
Both sides almost made a deal and Impact Wrestling even made travel arrangements for Mysterio, but the deal fell through at the last minute and Mysterio won’t be debuting in Impact Wrestling for now.
