On this day in 1992, the World Wrestling Federation aired an episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Wrestling Challenge’.
It was broadcasted from the Memorial Coliseum in Corpus Christi, Texas and featured pre-taped matches, promos & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF Royal Rumble 1992’ PPV.

• John Cena’s WrestleMania 35 Opponent Revealed
According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE is planning John Cena vs. Lars Sullivan at WrestleMania 35. The seeds for this feud will likely be planted during the Men’s Royal Rumble 2019 match (Cena has already entered this match and Sullivan could be a surprise entrant).
Speaking of Sullivan, he was scheduled to make his WWE debut (non-televised) this week in a dark match before RAW, but it didn’t happen because Sullivan suffered an anxiety attack.
The Observer noted that WWE is understanding of these issues and then plans were made for Sullivan to have a dark match before next night’s SmackDown, but Sullivan didn’t work that either and instead went home.
With Cena now working an Undertaker schedule and most probably leaving for Hollywood commitments after WrestleMania 35, expect Sullivan to pick up the biggest win of his career by defeating the 16 time WWE World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 35.
