As we have noted before, rumors are going on that Brock Lesnar is planning to return to the UFC and has quietly been added to the USADA drug testing pool.
His opponent has been rumored to be Jon Jones (who recaptured the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship tonight at UFC 214 PPV by knocking out Daniel Cormier). After winning the fight, Jones challenged Lesnar to a fight and said the following in the post-fight interview:
“Brock Lesnar, if you want to know how it feels like to get your a$$ kicked by a guy who weighs 40 pounds less than you, meet me in the Octagon!”
Lesnar is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and has an MMA record of 5-3-1 NC. On the other hand, Jones is a two time UFC Light Heavyweight Champion (currently in his second reign) and has a record of 23-1.
