• Keith Lee Reacts To A Fan Saying “Bearcat Lee” Was His Idea
RAW Superstar Keith Lee was released from WWE today. This was the biggest WWE release since Bray Wyatt’s release in July.
WWE recently gave Lee the nickname of “Bearcat”, which was seen as a tribute to Bearcat Wright (who was a popular African American pro wrestler from the 1950s and 1960s).
A fan commented the following under Lee’s Instagram photo two days ago
“This whole bearcat thing was his idea.”
After his release, Lee went on to reply the following to this fan:
“No. It was not. Lol.”
Lee’s fiancee Mia Yim got released from WWE today as well.
Keith Lee’s last WWE match took place on last week’s episode of RAW, where he defeated Cedric Alexander.
