Hulk Hogan appeared on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive podcast and talked about how the wrestling business is a shoot when it comes to making money.
Logan didn’t know what a “shoot” meant in this scenario and Hogan was left surprised and questioned if Logan was bullsh*tting him. You can watch it below:
2-Time WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash addressed this on his podcast and said the following about Logan:
“He’s not one of the boys. Where would he learn that sh*t at? Where’s he f**king going up and down the road, f**king talking about our f**king jargon? In the building? Everybody’s in their own f**king motor coach. There’s no f**king interaction. There’s no socialization.
You don’t become one of the boys just because you’re around them. That motherf**ker, from what I heard, he’s making like 5 million bucks for a limited f**king, and those other motherf**kers are out there making house shows, f**k you.
I don’t give a f**k how many people are following you. If it said you had f**king 24 f**king million road scholars following you, motherf**ker, man, I would be like, ‘Dude, you are f**king Jesus.’ You got a bunch of f**king idiots.”
Logan Paul posted a video, where he addressed Nash’s comments:
“I got people messaging me. They’re like, ‘Kevin Nash is talking sh*t about you.’ I said, ‘Damn. Who is Kevin Nash?’ I mean that. I’m unfamiliar with this guy, which I think is his problem.
I’m not as versed in the WWE and wrestling as I should be, as my peers are, but then how am I so much better than all of them? I don’t have the answer to all of these questions. I don’t know how I can be the best in WWE, at least one of the best, I’m surely a top fiver, and I don’t even do it full time.
Imagine if I did learn a little bit. Imagine if I devoted, became one of the boys (laughs). Learned the difference between a shoot and a work. Would that make me a champion?
F**k me? F**k you. You’re one of the old guys who is bitter that I am better at your job than you ever were. That makes you pathetic. This will be my sport and I will continue to make guys like you eat your words when I devote a little bit of time to it. F**k me? F**k you.”
Logan captioned the video “Not a work”:

Nash addressed Logan’s comments on his podcast and ended up implying that what he said was in character, to get his podcast clip go viral. Nash ended up praising Logan this time.
Here’s what Big Daddy Cool said:
“I didn’t say ‘F**k you.’ I said, ‘F**k you from the boys.’ I guess I’m one of the boys. I guess, technically. I don’t have a dog in the race. I love the fact that the boys are making that kind of money. I just took it, like, in character when we talked about it, and just did what you do. You just embellish a little bit because, you know, we’ll get a sound bite out of this. I said, to tell you the truth, I really don’t know anything about him. I remember the first time I heard his name, not gonna go there. He’s more than paid his dues on that. He has apologized. That would be a bitter old man that kicks somebody in the balls when they’re taking a shower and they have their eyes closed.
The thing that I remember, the first time that I really noticed him was, I believe it was against Roman, and I think it was the Saudi match. He was on the top rope and he cut a promo with his own phone in his hand and he filmed a dive, and I thought, wow. There were different times after that I would watch him, the people would pop and he would film the people and put it on his social media. I said, wow, that’s taking this whole thing to a different level. Nobody laid that out for that kid.
I think his athleticism is amazing. When I go someplace and somebody’s getting that kind of push and getting paid that kind of money, I ask some questions because I’m still one of the boys.
I asked a person that has been in the ring with him, I said, you know, how is he? He says, ‘He’s amazing as far as what he can do physically, but he doesn’t remember anything’. I don’t know how much truth there is to that.
He still has to go down there for two weeks and put in time and bounce around and go through that sh*t. You’re not one of the top five guys if you don’t know what we’re doing, if you just can’t go out there and call it.
When I was 42 years old, I’m sitting in Hulk’s dressing room and drinking beer, and we have 12 minutes and they give us the finish, and your music plays and mine plays, and I go to the ring… you’re not one of the top five guys if you don’t know what the f**k we’re doing. If you can’t just go out there and call it.
I pray that he doesn’t get hurt. I hope he has a good run. I’m not going to stop drinking PRIME. I’m a 65-year-old dude. I don’t know what the f**k Vine is. He said he doesn’t know me. Dude, I don’t f**king know you either. Somebody in the company had his net worth at $150 million.
To take things into perspective. If I had $150 million, I’m not too sure I’d be super laser-focused. I’d get my sh*t in and call it a day. The worst case scenario is they tell you to take a hike. I’m in the Hall of Fame, I had a great run. I was blessed. I’m blessed with 30 years of loyal and great fans. He doesn’t know me and that’s fine.”
